The Story about Ragdolly Annas
Initially just a children’s activity business hosting music sessions for the 0-5’s and their grown ups in Milton Keynes. Whilst a successful business, with a great reputation, it was very small and limited in offerings. All of this changed though when COVID19 struck. We had to think fast and I am very proud to have been one of the first music sessions for children to go online and stream live!
We did this daily from the day that the PM announced that schools would be closing. This catapulted our business as we were watched by 1000’s of children nationally due to unexpected coverage from the BBC News. Post-Covid, everything changed! The demand for sessions was higher than ever! I gained a brand new business partner (my big sister Elena) and we now run sessions across 3 counties, with an ever growing team and expanding services into bespoke musical entertainment for the elderly who are living with Dementia, children and adults with SEND and host a record number of birthday parties and special events.
Why we love what we do
You know when you hear your favourite song on the radio and it makes you smile and can change your day? Well thats what we try and do for all our customers. We try and be the difference in someones day and we get so much joy from it. We witness first claps, and smiles, so many smiles! We often get asked where all our energy comes from, but it genuinely comes from the customers and we literally just all bounce off it!

Anna
The founder of Ragdolly Annas and lover of cheesy 90’s pop and 80’s power ballads! Very limited in dance moves, but makes up for it with enthusiastic clapping and marching! Always up for doing a ‘tik tok’!
Elena
The face that not many people see – a total whizz behind the scenes, solution finder and responsible for basically everything that doesn’t involve running sessions or parties! Massive fan of mint sauce and Branston pickle – will have it with every meal.
Mel
Session leader extraordinaire, queen of session plans and making sure that every playlist doesn’t always include pure cheese! Queen of the eye roll (when I suggest something ridiculous) and owner of about a million guinea pigs!
Lisa
The craziest lady in town, who always says YES to every crazy idea, has a dance move for every single song ever written and is literally the epitome of fun! Lover of Prosecco and really cheesy jokes (be warned!)
Clare
Fabulous session leader and the most photogenic lady I have ever met. She has a remarkable amount of medical knowledge so also has the title of our resident doctor! Got a medical ailment – ring Clare…she will know.
Kelly
Our pocket rocket, bags of energy and just the best accent! Nothing is ever to much trouble for our Kelly and nothing ever phases her! Known to say ‘i’ll give it a go..’
Amy
Our Amy is the Ragdolly Anna’s acting pro. She can transform into any character, at any time! Partial to changing her hair colour!
Natalie
Our newest team member who has exactly the perfect amount of crazy in her! With 3 little ones herself, she has perfected the art of the hokey-cokey with 1 child in each arm – it’s very impressive to watch!
